How to return an item

Send us an email including your order number using the contact form. We'll generate the return details for you and provide you with the necessary postage information to make your return.

14 Day cancellation policy

If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, we will accept a return for a full refund. Please note that items must be in the same condition as they were sold.

Faulty items

We test all of our pre-owned products before shipping. If your item is faulty within the first 30 days through no fault of your own, you may return it to us. Provided we can verify the fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or exchange.

Incorrect items

If any items received do not match those in your order (confirmed by email receipt), you may return them to us. Upon receiving your item(s), you may choose to be sent the correct item or receive a full refund to the original payment method.

6 Month guarantee

If your item develops a fault within six months of dispatch, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
