Buying Help

  • What is your returns policy?

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    We only ship to addresses within the UK. We do not ship to the channel islands or British overseas territories.

  • Do I need an account to buy games?

    No. You'll be given the option to register for account if you would prefer to have a quicker checkout on future purchases.

  • What can I use to make payments?

    We use PayPal to accept payments. PayPal is the most widely used and respected online payment platform, and you don't need an account to use it. You can simply enter your card details and checkout as a guest.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We post all orders the next working day 1st Class with Royal Mail. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    All deliveries are free on orders £39.99 and over. For orders under £39.99, a £1.80 delivery charge will be added to the order.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    Please use the contact form to send us a message with your order number and we'll cancel your order as soon as possible. Please note if your order has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel.

  • My order hasn't arrived

    Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days, but there could be delays during peak times. If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please let us know and we'll contact Royal Mail on your behalf. If your order fails to be delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Selling Help

  • Is there a cost to post items?

    Posting is completely free. We'll provide you with a free postage label or QR code to scan at your local Royal Mail post office.

  • Do I need a printer to send items?

    If you don't have a printer, you can still take your games to your local Royal Mail Post Office. They will print the label for you using the QR code we provide.

  • What's the difference between selling and exchanging?

    When you sell a game to us, we transfer the money directly to your PayPal or bank account once we've received and approved the item. If you use the exchange option, we'll pay a higher rate but you will instead receive in-store credit that can be used to purchase other games.

  • How to I spend in-store credit?

    If you are logged in to your account, your credit will be automatically applied to purchases during checkout. If you have less credit than the cost of the purchase, you can pay the remaining amount using PayPal or card.

  • Does in-store credit expire?


  • I have a game that isn't listed

    We may purchase games that are not listed on the store. Please contact us with the name of the game to find out more.

  • Can I send a game without its case?

    Yes, select "Cartridge only" under "Condition" for the game you would like to send. Please note that we will pay a significantly reduced rate for games without their original casing.

  • Do you accept faulty games?

    We do not currently accept games that are faulty or have a damaged cartridge/disc.

Account Help

  • What is the purpose of an account?

    You can open an account to save time checking out for future purchases. Accounts are also to store credit for games traded in under the exchange option.

  • How do I view my credit?

    To view your credit, login to your account and hover over or tap your name in the top right of the page. Click "My Account" and your credit will be shown.

  • How do I change my account details?

    To change your details, login to your account and hover over or tap your name in the top right of the page. Click "My Account" and the options to change your account details will be listed on the left.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Please contact us and we will delete your account and all of your data as soon as possible.

  • How are your prices so good?

    As we have no physical stores, we save a lot of money which is factored into the buying and selling prices of our products.

  • Are there any discount codes or vouchers?

    Our policy is to buy and sell games at the best prices we can, so we do not offer any further discount codes or vouchers.

  • Do you plan to plan to buy and sell for other consoles?

    Yes, we do plan to open up our stores to more product ranges in the near future.

  • Do you plan to open in other countries?

    We do have plans to open our web store to the United States in the near future. We do not have any plans to open in other countries for the time being.

  • Do you have any jobs?

    We are not currently hiring.
